No Return Policy (All Sales are Final)

For hygienic reasons, all sales are final. You wouldn't want to use beauty products that someone else has already used! Àse Terra does not offer returns of any kind. We do accept refunds or exchanges only for products that were damaged in transit or if you attempt to purchase a product that is no longer in stock.

 

Refunds and Exchanges

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must notify us within 4 business days of receiving your product by emailing support@aseterra.com with proof of destruction. The images will be evaluated by us to determine eligibility for a refund or exchange. Once approved, if the item is in stock we will ship out a free replacement to you! If the item is no longer available, we will give you a refund of the purchase price. We will email you to let you know your options before we process a refund/exchange. The refund or replacement will be processed within 7 business days, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
