Shopify provides the storefront checkout. Payment options can vary by location, device, and checkout session. The available methods are shown in checkout; Aseterra does not promise a payment method that is not displayed there. Payment details are handled through Shopify checkout and the payment service selected for the transaction. The information available to Aseterra depends on that service and payment method.

A payment provider may place a temporary authorization or hold while it verifies a transaction. If a payment fails, review the details entered and contact your bank or payment provider if needed. If a charge appears duplicated, first check whether one entry is a temporary authorization; contact the payment provider and email us with your order information if the charge remains in question.

Use the secure checkout to enter payment details. We will not ask you to email a full card number, security code, password, or one-time verification code. We do not ask customers to pay a personal account or send cryptocurrency outside checkout.
