Storefront and product information

The storefront is operated under the name Aseterra. Product photographs and descriptions are provided to help you evaluate each item. Dimensions described as approximate are estimates. Product availability may change. A listing states the item and sale quantity offered; review it before ordering. We do not claim a product is manufactured by Aseterra or has a particular origin unless the listing says so.

Orders and payment

When you submit an order, provide accurate contact, delivery, and payment details. The checkout shows the order information and total before submission. An order is subject to confirmation and acceptance. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will contact you using the information provided and arrange any applicable refund. Payment is handled through Shopify checkout and the payment method selected there. See Payment Information.

Shipping, cancellations, and returns

Delivery destinations, the Standard rate, and timing estimates are described in the Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates. Contact us promptly to request a change or cancellation before dispatch; a request cannot be guaranteed after dispatch. Return eligibility, return labels, and refunds are described in the Refund Policy.

Storefront availability and changes

We may update product information, prices, or storefront content when needed. Changes to an order already accepted will be handled in accordance with the order terms and applicable law. If a material shipping delay occurs before dispatch, we will notify you and let you choose whether to accept the new timing or cancel the unshipped order for a prompt refund.
